This includes being fully responsible for Damage, Theft, and any Third Party Loss incurred during the Hire Period, as well as any Major Breaches of the Rental Hire Contract.

By signing the Hire Agreement or taking possession of the Scooter, You are agreeing to adhere to all obligations and are liable as specified in these Terms and Conditions, including all financial responsibilities and penalties outlined within.
